The visible resin layer is only as reliable as the concrete beneath it. Most premature flooring failures can be traced to moisture, contamination, weak laitance or insufficient mechanical preparation rather than the resin itself.

Assess before specifying

The survey should establish concrete condition, moisture risk, existing coatings, contamination, cracks and expected loading. Pull-off testing or trial areas may be appropriate where the substrate history is uncertain.
